  4. Customer  continues shopping using  steps 2 and 3
  5. If satisfied, customer selects cart to view total order
  6. On checkout page customer selects any applicable option
  7. Customer selects check out option
  8. On the next page customer is requested to register details or login as guest
  9. Customer  enters account and billing information
  10. Customer enters delivery details
  11. Customer selects payment method
  12. Customer confirms order
  13. Customer receives  E- invoice confirming end of transaction
  14. Goods are dispatched to customer within 48hrs
  15. Customer receives device

CUSTOMER SELLING A PREOWNED DEVICE ON WWW.MATRIXPREOWNED.COM

  1. Customer  logs on the website (www.matrixpreowned.com)
  2. Customer clicks on “Sell Your Device”
  3. Customer is redirected to Matrix Device Evaluation website portal http://matrix.sapphirevirtual.com.ng
  4. Customer selects device type and model
  5. Customer selects the appropriate options describing the condition of device
  6. Customer is offered a final price after selecting factors affecting device being sold
  7. Device and customer’s details are captured and sent to matrix via the online portal
  8. Customer receives evaluation summary and offered price confirming end of transaction
  9. Within 24 hrs, customer receives a call from matrixpreowned call centre confirming all details of transaction and address of seller
  10. DHL or Matrixpreowned logistics team come over to sellers address to pick up device
  11. Device is received at matrix preowned office and verified by technical team
  12. Seller receives instant cash transfer if the conditions stated are 100% correct
